Assistant Principals

Ms. Boyd is a native of Greenwood, MS. Earning her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Tougaloo College, Ms. Boyd is a 2016 Alumna of Teach for America's Mississippi Corps. Ms. Boyd furthered her education at The University of Mississippi (affectionately known as Ole Miss) earning her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. Previously, Ms. Boyd has served as a 5th and 6th grade ELA teacher and MTSS Coordinator.

Mr. Brown is a native of Clarksdale, MS. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Mississippi (affectionately known as Ole Miss). Mr. Brown continued his education and has earned his Masters of Art in Curriculum and Instruction and his Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Teacher Leadership both from Freed Hardeman University. Currently, Mr. Brown is on his way to become Dr. Brown being that he has completed his coursework and is waiting to defend his dissertation to obtain his ED.D. degree with a concentration in K-12 Administration and Supervision. From 2005-2018, Mr. Brown served as an outstanding teacher providing instruction and services in the areas of History and Special Education. In 2018, Mr. Brown embarked upon his administrative role as assistant principal. Previously, he served in several capacities including head football coach, head girls basketball coach, special education lead teacher, history department lead teacher, athletic coordinator, athletic director, principal designee, and as an assistant principal for an elementary school.
